I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is ideal, right on Lagada beach and very close to the port for easy ferry access. The rooms were lovely and offered stunning water views from the balcony. The service was exceptional, especially from two staff members who always greeted me with a smile. The dining experience, while not included, offered delicious Japanese food. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable. The only drawback was the lacking service from the male receptionist at times.
